Cancellation and Late Policy:

We understand that your time is valuable and so is ours! When you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services.


Since we realize that it is easy to forget an appointment made months in advance, all of our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours in advance  for a cancellation or need to reschedule.

A credit card must be placed on file in order to book and may be subject to cancelation fees.


1} Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 25% fee of the booked services.

2) “No show” will likewise be charged 25% of the booked services  and will require a 50% deposit for future services,  applied to the total cost at check out.


If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled service, we may need to reschedule and will do our best to accomdate you.
